This 3,046 SF residence which includes a primary residence, garage, and studio take advantage of the Cerro Pedernal, White Curtains, and Sierra Neigra views that El Rito has to offer. The design features a timeless exterior that create and industrial modern atmosphere. Expressed by the natural building material such as rusted steal, woods, and colored concrete allow the house to compliment the surrounding landscape. The clerestory windows paired with the living and dining glazing allows for plenty of natural light to enter into the public space.
