Spears Horn Architects completed the design for an upgrade to the existing Welding Lab. The Welding Labs needed more stations during classes, with improved ventilation. The scope included 6 new welding stations with snorkel ventilation devices, improved task explosion proof lighting, new Plasma Table and vent enclosure, upgraded / added filtration bag unit, upgraded / added HVAC unit, centralized gas tank distribution, new egress striping to designate clear pathway areas, minor life safety and fire protection improvements.
