Spears Horn Architects was selected as the local architect for the City’s general plan update. We held primary authorship for the sections on urban design, historic preservation, archaeological resources, street design and landscape design.

The plan documented and made recommendations for recreation, transportation, land use, density, neighborhoods, infrastructure, etc.
